The association aims to provide tailored advice for each personal situation, facilitating the link with official institutions, including: 1. Supporting foreigners and Swiss nationals in difficulty: accompanying them in administrative procedures - opening a social support network, the association seeks to be a link between the state, the commune, and other institutions; at the level of vocational training (promoting apprenticeships and university studies); and accessing the job market. 2. Integration: providing access to language courses or helping to translate documents and directing individuals to organizations adapted to their needs (Caritas, ORS, etc.); explaining civil rights and duties in the canton of residence; and supporting minors: helping them integrate into the Swiss school system and establishing a link between parents and teachers for better support of their education despite cultural differences. 3. Valorization: evaluating prior skills, recognizing diplomas obtained in the country of origin before implementing a job search or training process; providing access to a skills assessment; and building confidence: taking into account prior achievements and guiding individuals based on their skills (recognition of prior learning). 4. Structuring job search procedures: writing a CV that highlights valued skills; developing a strategy and implementing job search tools; and assisting with contact with recruitment agencies and potential employers. 5. Prioritizing job retention: encouraging respect for regulations and imposed schedules; providing advice on balancing one's lifestyle despite changes in climate, diet, and psychosocial context.
