The construction of apartments on the property of the late Mrs. Velini in Collina d'Oro-Montagnola, their management and rental to elderly persons, primarily residents of Montagnola and Collina d'Oro, enabling them to live in dignified housing, free of architectural barriers, equipped with common meeting spaces and provided with optional assistance services. In this context, the Association may grant apartments for rent at a moderate rent to those who demonstrate the need. The Association may also allocate part of the apartments built in favor of young families. The Association will host the Sisters of the Order of the SS. Salvatore di Santa Brigida (Order) or other persons who will provide optional assistance services, in particular to the guests of the House. The profits of the Association will be reinvested or devoted to activities or works of a religious or humanitarian nature of the Order worldwide, recognized as being of public utility or exempt from taxation in the country where the aid is provided. The Entity is non-profit and has a public utility vocation.
