To promote the development of the massage therapy profession through professional training, to protect the interests of its members, to promote and coordinate intercultural exchange between universities, schools, and associations at an international level, to provide advice directly or through third parties in Switzerland and abroad to therapist members and patients, to promote the organization of intercultural courses, study holidays, conventions, open days, workshops, symposia, to establish a specialized online and print magazine, to organize courses for therapist members aimed at obtaining specific academic titles, to publicize the purpose through self-financed specialized magazines, radio and television broadcasts, and social networks, to open branches and representations at an international level and to establish new public relations in other nations. Within the scope of its social purpose, the Association specifically provides for: organizing courses, conferences, and other meetings; promoting teaching; introducing young people to the profession; training monitors for teaching; collaborating with other Associations in the Canton, Switzerland, and abroad.
