To promote Russian culture at all levels and to enhance Russian translations, particularly in quality education with a special focus on teaching the Russian language as a mother tongue or foreign language. To facilitate the integration of people of Russian origin in Switzerland, with particular regard to children, adolescents and their families; to this end, implement projects involving the local population.
