The purpose of the association is to share common values and principles in the field of artistic and technological innovation, as well as to develop, promote and provide technologies, training and coaching activities, and to organize events and exhibitions related to the purpose of the association, and in particular: 1. to support and accompany financially and technically people in training; 2. to facilitate professional retraining for people in financial difficulties, particularly deserving and/or with innovative projects; 3. to promote cultural activities aimed at spreading the promotion of thinking, planning, producing and doing; 4. to promote technical innovations, open source, open design, exchange and dissemination of know-how; 5. to promote collaboration with schools, high schools and universities; 6. to promote collaboration with public institutions, unemployment offices, training associations, aid associations, etc.; 7. to promote and support innovative activities in the artistic and technological field in general; 8. to participate directly or indirectly, also through the collaboration of other entities, in events and/or exhibitions in the artistic and technological field in general; 9. to support members in participating in events, competitions, championships and/or innovation competitions in the artistic and technological field in general; 10. to promote didactic activities for the start-up, updating and improvement of innovative activities in the artistic and technological field in general; 11. to organize training, recreational and cultural activities for the benefit of its members; 12. to provide strategic, managerial and technical consulting in the aforementioned areas; 13. to organize training, recreational and cultural activities with innovative content in the artistic and technological field for less fortunate people (people with disabilities, sick children, etc.); 14. to research funds for the support of training and innovation. The association may exercise a commercial establishment to achieve its purpose, with the obligation to register with the Commercial Register in accordance with Article 61, paragraph 2, point 1 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
