As a secondary purpose, the company may also, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests.
