The company's purpose is to engage in the following activities: - conception, design, development, production, marketing, installation, management and maintenance of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, for both public entities and private customers, including the management, optimization and commercial exploitation of the network of these infrastructures, the purchase or management of the related land and the exploitation of the infrastructures for advertising purposes. The company may enter into service contracts for the supply of electricity, verification, reading and remote control of charging devices; - provision of electric vehicle charging services to any type of user and customer, both public and private, also through the supply, installation and management of necessary and/or accessory materials, products and equipment, including renewable energy production plants and energy storage systems; - direct and/or indirect management of parking spaces and/or car parks for electric vehicle charging, including access areas and appurtenances; - research, development, production and marketing of innovative products and services with high technological content at a global level, also through the use of patents, in the energy and mobility sector. These activities will be carried out also through innovative technologies owned by the company or third parties, including electronic equipment, software and algorithms; - supply and trade of electric storage systems (in parallel or disconnected from the electrical grid) for private, public or business applications, including the realization of all connected technological systems; - conception, purchase, design, promotion, development, marketing and management of innovative services and, in any case, with high technological content, related to electric mobility in general, electric vehicles and their charging, including digital systems and/or platforms for the management of internal processes as well as for the use of its customers functional to the provision of charging services and the balancing of the grid; - design, construction, maintenance, management of smart mobility services, including, by way of example: (i) services related to the use of electric vehicles for grid balancing management through smart charging and vehicle-to-grid services, both mono-directional and bi-directional; (ii) the design, supply and installation of integrated energy systems aimed at improving energy efficiency, reducing energy consumption and environmental sustainability; (iii) flexibility services to the electricity markets and/or to operators in the electricity sector, such as, for example, private customers, intermediaries, grid managers or system operators; - organization and coordination of activities for the realization, in Italy and abroad, of engineering works of any nature for the realization of smart mobility solutions, both integrated for single elements and as simple sale of charging systems, management platforms and means of transport; - purchase, production, sale and in general marketing (both wholesale and to final customers) of electricity mainly from renewable sources. The company may also carry out all financial operations useful or connected to the achievement of the corporate purpose. To this end, the company may: - establish or acquire subsidiaries and participate in other companies; - carry out all those operations, none excluded, of a financial, commercial, industrial, economic and financial nature that the management body may deem useful or opportune for the achievement of the corporate purpose, all this provided that it is not towards the public, including, by way of example but not exhaustive, the issuance of guarantees or other guarantees, also real, in favor of or on behalf of third parties; - as well as assume, directly or indirectly, participations or interests in companies, capital or personal, in entities or organizations, with an object analogous, related or connected to its own.
