The protection of the general and economic interests of owners of secondary residences in the Canton of Ticino, in particular with regard to the support and defense of the interests of this category in relations with public, semi-public and private entities. Furthermore, the association aims to inform and support its members, in particular owners, usufructuaries or beneficiaries of a right of residence related to a property for secondary residence use in the Canton of Ticino, in accordance with Article 655 of the Swiss Civil Code. In view of the above objectives, the association intends to collaborate with other associations and category entities, cantonal, national and international, participate in initiatives related to the above-mentioned themes, take part in the work of the Institutions, while refraining from political activity. The association is non-partisan and non-denominational. It may affiliate with umbrella and federal associations. Such affiliations are decided by the general assembly.
