The company's main purpose is the acquisition and administration of participations, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, as a representative or in a fiduciary capacity, in commercial, industrial, financial or real estate companies, located in Switzerland or abroad, by acquiring shares, bonds, participations, holding claims in any suitable form, holding patents and trademarks. The company may carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. It may grant loans to its shareholders or third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by its shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, as well as pledge its assets to secure any claim and provide services to its subsidiaries.
