The company's purpose is to operate a tea room and sales establishment for goods and beverages, as well as all convergent activities. It may participate in all mobile, real estate, financial or commercial operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose. Furthermore, it may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, excluding any operation subject to the LFAIE. It may acquire and hold real estate in Switzerland and abroad, provided that this is not contrary to the LFAIE. The company may grant its direct or indirect associates, as well as its direct or indirect subsidiaries, against remuneration or not, loans or other financing and provide, to cover the commitments of such other companies, securities of all kinds, including by way of pledge or fiduciary transfers of ownership of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of all kinds.
