The purpose of the company is the development, manufacture, marketing, licensing and distribution of products and/or components for mobility safety solutions with regard to vulnerable road users, pyrotechnic safety components, commercial vehicles, digital services and seatbelt modules, as well as the management and procurement of goods flow and the provision of other services for affiliated companies. The company can acquire, hold, manage and sell participations in companies of all kinds in Switzerland and abroad. The company can also conclude all transactions and enter into agreements that serve the company's purpose directly or indirectly or are directly related to it. The company is part of the Autoliv Group and can act in the interest of the Autoliv Group or in the interest of individual companies of the Autoliv Group. The company can grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect parent company and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, and provide collateral of all kinds for liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether against payment or not. The company can also operate or participate in cash pooling (of any kind). Each transaction mentioned in this paragraph can be carried out independently of any cluster risks and with or without consideration. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and acquire, hold, manage and sell real estate and intellectual property rights.
