The company's purpose is to conduct online auctions of cars and other motor vehicles and their components, as well as to provide services related to this activity on the internet or in reality. The company may, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate transactions, excluding transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE), or movable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, establish branches abroad or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
