In all countries: the consulting, purchasing and selling of services, products, know-how and technology in all fields; the import and export of services, products, know-how and technology in all fields; the acquisition, by purchase, exchange, contribution or otherwise, of all built and unbuilt properties, their holding and administration, the restoration and construction of all buildings or parts of buildings; the management and operation of all built and unbuilt properties held entirely or partially by the Company. The provision of all or part of the properties for the benefit of its associates and/or the rental of all or part of the Company's properties; participation in all means in all existing or to be created companies or enterprises that can be related to its main object, in particular through the creation of new companies, contribution, partnership, subscription or purchase of securities or social rights, merger, grouping, alliance or participation; the sale, exchange, contribution and arbitration of all or part of the immovable and movable assets of the Company's assets; all technical, industrial, commercial, financial, movable or immovable operations that can be directly or indirectly related to the social object and to all similar or related objects, or likely to facilitate its extension or development. The company may acquire and administer participations, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, in commercial or industrial enterprises, located in Switzerland or abroad, by taking shares, bonds, parts, holding claims or any suitable form, taking patents and trademarks. The company may grant loans to shareholders or third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging securities, or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, pledge its assets to secure any claim. The company may carry out any commercial and financial activity, any investment or other activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to achieve it. It may carry out these operations on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, as a representative or agent, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties. The company may create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, excluding all operations subject to the LFAIE.
