The company's purpose is to provide services in the field of general aviation; the rental of aircraft with or without pilots; the operation, purchase, manufacture, repair, direct or commission sale of devices related to aviation; the acquisition and operation of land located near or not near an airport, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, in direct or indirect connection with its purpose: carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, participate in all enterprises or activities in Switzerland and abroad, create branches in Switzerland and abroad.
