All activities of direct and indirect shareholdings in all companies or enterprises, in the sense of a holding company. It can acquire, hold and dispose of all tangible and intangible assets. The company can participate in other enterprises and establish branches and subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad. The company can grant loans to its shareholders and to third parties, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other commitment, if this is in its interest.
