The company's purpose includes all activities in the real estate sector, namely the purchase, sale, construction, renovation, leasing, administration, consulting, and management, excluding any operations prohibited by the LFAIE. More broadly, the company may carry out all commercial and financial operations (with the exception of those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary as defined by the LBA), directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it, participate in any Swiss or foreign enterprises, acquire such companies, merge with other companies, as well as create branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may grant loans or advances to its partners or to third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by partners or third parties, and guarantee such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage certificates or other securities.
