The production and trade (on its own account and on behalf of third parties) of mopeds, motorcycles, motor vehicles, spare parts, accessories, clothing and sports equipment, as well as the execution of mechanical, hydraulic, plastic and composite material work of all kinds, in particular electronic instrumentation and equipment and any other related and connected activities; the assumption of agency contracts; the merchandising of products of any kind bearing the company's brand; franchising operations and activities related to public establishments. The company is also authorized to acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises; however, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE subordination procedure) on the condition that the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity pursuant to Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE. The company may open branches and subsidiaries, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as engage in all commercial, industrial, financial (including the issuance of guarantees and warranties) or other activities that are related to its purpose.
