The Bank carries out the following banking operations through a joint action in accordance with the cooperative idea of Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen: a) acceptance of money in all usual banking forms, including savings deposits; b) mortgage and credit transactions; c) payment transactions; d) indifferent transactions, in particular the trading of securities. The activity is carried out within the framework of the internal regulations issued by Raiffeisen Switzerland cooperative society (hereinafter referred to as Raiffeisen Switzerland) and must comply with the financial, personal, organizational and specific premises. The Bank may manage its own agencies and participate in all institutions and companies of the Raiffeisen Group as well as in other companies, insofar as this serves its activity. The Bank may acquire, build and transform real estate for its own use, acquire real estate in the context of enforcement proceedings or to avoid a forced sale, sell real estate as well as establish and cancel rights and encumbrances of any kind in the land register in relation to real estate.
