The company's purpose is to carry out, in Switzerland and abroad, all plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning work, electrical installations, maintenance and repairs, as well as all plastering, painting, flooring and wall covering work. The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE) in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
