The cooperative aims to provide its members with affordable housing through joint self-help, building and acquiring residential buildings or apartments in the city of Lucerne and its agglomeration, excluding any speculative intent; promoting affordable housing construction in accordance with federal housing promotion legislation and corresponding cantonal and communal ordinances; acquiring or disposing of plots of land, real estate companies or shares in real estate companies; building, acquiring, disposing of and managing residential and commercial properties.
