To pursue this purpose, the cooperative operates, in particular, the following activities: a. renovation and maintenance of cooperative-owned housing, b. purchase and sale of properties, c. planning, implementation, and maintenance of common infrastructure, d. representation of common interests vis-à-vis public authorities and other groups outside the cooperative, e. coordination and implementation of events. The cooperative is politically neutral.
