The cooperative aims to provide its members with healthy and affordable housing through joint self-help and co-responsibility, and to maintain it. It strives to offer housing to all sections of the population. It promotes coexistence in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. To this end, the cooperative can participate in, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, acquire or sell properties (Art. 655 Swiss Civil Code), and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related to it.
