The cooperative aims to provide its members with modern and affordable housing. The cooperative seeks to achieve its purpose by: acquiring land, acquiring building rights and constructing residential buildings; renting the apartments to its members. The sale of the cooperative's properties, specifically property no. 586, Beundenring BR ZL 23, residential building no. 8, 10 + 12, may only occur exceptionally and without any speculative intent. The cooperative maintains its buildings in good structural condition at all times. The cooperative is politically and denominationally neutral, but supports all efforts to promote cooperative housing construction.
