The company is a member of WOHNEN SCHWEIZ - Association of Housing Cooperatives. Furthermore, it aims to raise public awareness, especially among authorities and institutions, about people with environmental illnesses (specifically EHS, but also MCS and others), possibilities for improving the living situation of those affected, and meaningful preventive measures for the general population. The company can acquire or sell land, build, purchase, manage or rent houses. When selling a property, the cooperative members must be given the opportunity to purchase it at a reasonable price beforehand.
