The purpose of the company is: the purchase, sale, administration and management of participations in Switzerland and abroad as a holding company, particularly in the field of imaging, excluding participations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may create branches in Switzerland or abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all operations, develop commercial activities and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
