As a secondary purpose, the company may, both in Switzerland and abroad, in particular: establish branches or subsidiaries; sell holdings; grant loans to shareholders and third parties, act as guarantor for loans taken out by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage certificates or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
