The cooperative aims to promote the economic interests of its members through joint self-help, particularly with regard to the use, operation and management of common facilities (roads, paths, squares and their lighting, open spaces including playgrounds and recreational areas with corresponding facilities, special leisure facilities created for general leisure activities, common mailbox and container facilities, as well as bicycle and moped shelters) and systems (heating and hot water supply systems, water and sewage systems, drainage systems, electrical energy supply systems with associated distribution networks) and also in terms of shaping the cooperation among members.
