The cooperative pursues the purpose of affordable, non-profit housing construction in the sense of the Housing and Property Promotion Act and the corresponding cantonal and communal ordinances, in particular for the properties Schifflaube 42 to 46 in Bern. Any speculative intention is excluded. The cooperative intends to offer members housing opportunities at cost-covering conditions, taking into account all costs and expenses, including renovations. The cooperative can buy and sell land for this purpose. The cooperative does not pursue any profit-making purpose, i.e. it is not profit-oriented.
