The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, administration, and management of participations in companies of all types in Switzerland and abroad, as well as the realization of all financial and commercial operations necessary to achieve this purpose. The company may also grant financing and guarantees to companies in which it holds participations, or which belong to the same group. Furthermore, it may acquire, hold, manage, and sell real estate, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may engage in any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
