The activity of study, research, development and industrialization, valorization, design, preparation of authorization procedures, construction and management - in addition to all activities related to the aforementioned - of plants for the production of BioMethane in all its forms (gaseous and liquid phase) and the related distribution and sale - both directly and indirectly - to end users and/or intermediaries; as well as the production of traditional, alternative and renewable electrical and thermal energy; in particular, all EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) activities that BioLNG SA intends to carry out, either on its own, or on behalf of group companies, or for possible third-party clients. The company may engage in the production and sale of products derived from the aforementioned activities, such as refining gases - including CO2 - and recovered and/or processed products - including high-organic-content humus - from digestate, as well as the provision of services in the organizational, administrative, commercial, and management sectors, in addition to the coordination of controlled, affiliated, and third-party companies, in every state, as well as the management of information systems, logistics services, and the acquisition of raw materials, products, and services on their behalf. Furthermore, it may grant financing to group companies in any form and coordinate their financial activities, as well as acquire, sell, and exchange participations in companies or entities of any type and kind, provided they are capital-based and have an object similar, related, or complementary to its own, with the understanding that such activity is not directed towards the public. To achieve its corporate purpose, the company may carry out all industrial, commercial, financial, movable, and immovable operations, assume loans and financing, and provide guarantees, including real guarantees, also in favor of third parties.
