The company may grant direct or indirect financing (i) to companies directly or indirectly controlled, (ii) to the company's shareholders and companies directly or indirectly controlled by such shareholders, as well as (iii) to the direct or indirect shareholders of the shareholders and companies directly or indirectly controlled by such shareholders and (iv) to other group companies, as well as (v) to third parties.
