BLEF Bhutan Learning Exchange Foundation

To promote Bhutan and facilitate the exchange of know-how and skills between the Western world and Bhutan; the foundation will execute its mission by selecting and implementing initiatives that provide post-school training to young Bhutanese in various sectors such as, in particular, carpentry, plumbing, electrical engineering and hospitality; the first of these initiatives will be the creation of a hotel school in Paro.
