The foundation aims to preserve and present, in particular to exhibit, market and film cultural assets of public transport, in particular vehicles, buildings, posters, models, exhibition materials and other collection materials related to BLS AG. The foundation aims to support and promote the environment, nature and public transport within the canton of Bern and outside along the BLS AG network, to preserve and present cultural assets of tourism, to publish and publish other publications in this context, and to carry out and support cultural events and tourist activities. The foundation can establish, participate in and operate or have operated other companies to achieve the foundation's purpose. It can acquire, develop and possibly resell properties. The foundation's profits and capital are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purpose. Commercial purposes are excluded. Projects that are subject to a public-law statutory obligation may not be supported.
