The purpose of the company is to acquire, hold, manage, utilize, sell or trade direct or indirect participations in companies of all kinds as well as other assets in Switzerland and abroad, including all types of investment activities such as private equity financing and other financings, as well as providing consulting services and other services related to the aforementioned activities. The company may establish branches, both domestically and abroad, found subsidiaries, and acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize, and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights.
