Excluding real estate transactions, the company's purpose is to execute wealth management mandates (Family office) by providing directly or indirectly all services related to its main purpose, in particular by acting as a proxy, agent, consultant, advisor and providing all administrative, accounting, IT, tax, management, legal and social assistance services; it may accept to act as a proxy in the execution of mandates due to incapacity under Article 360 CC of the Swiss Civil Code; the company will primarily provide general assistance in all areas to all persons, companies or businesses that are close to or associated with it (for complete purpose see articles of association).
