The core activity of Bodystrength GmbH is the provision of services in the areas of personal training, group training, and nutrition counseling. Specifically, this includes: Personal Training: Individual training based on a training plan tailored to the customer's personal goals and needs; Group Training: Training in small groups (max. 10 people) with the goal of increasing group dynamics and enabling optimal support from the trainer; Nutrition Counseling: Creation of individual nutrition plans tailored to the customer's personal needs and goals. Additionally, the company also offers the possibility to use the studio for self-training (Open Gym) and sells products in the online shop.
