The company can participate in public tenders for passenger transport services and, subject to the approval of the competent authorities, establish and operate new lines alone or in partnership, engage in related activities in private transport and tourism, establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies and acquire, encumber and sell real estate.
