It will also deal with the import, export, sale and marketing of building materials of all kinds. The company may carry out any activity of an architectural firm and in particular: planning, design, site management, conclusion of general contractor contracts, preparation of expert reports, research and studies in urban and architectural matters. It may also acquire and sell real estate and movable assets, own, rent and manage its own properties, as well as participate in other companies both in Switzerland and abroad.
