The company's main purpose is to subscribe to, acquire, sell and manage all types of participations, both in Switzerland and abroad, as a holding company, in industrial, financial, commercial and real estate companies, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad. It also aims to provide strategic and operational advice and support in the construction sector. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, that promotes its development and that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, handle these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties; grant loans to its partners and to third parties, grant leases, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by partners and third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
