a) The creation, operation and management of private or public establishments, such as hotels, cafes-restaurants, tea rooms, bars, snacks, reception areas, event planning and musical entertainment, dance halls, kiosks and any other similar establishment, in any form whatsoever, as well as the trade in food products (fine groceries, wines, spirits) and non-food products (tobacco, newspapers, lottery), and all other related operations; b) The purchase, sale, import, export and marketing in general of all products related to the operation of private or public establishments, the preparation, sale, delivery and service of meals on order or not, as well as the organization and coordination of events; c) Assistance and consulting in the hotel and restaurant industry; d) The provision of all types of services in the fields of gastronomy and hospitality, as well as the organization of events and management of restaurant concepts; e) All intermediary activities in the field of payment and collection systems, as well as the management of payments and refunds in direct connection with its purpose; f) All commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Money Laundering (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in direct or indirect connection with the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; g) The acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; h) The granting of loans or advances to associates or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by associates or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment.
