It may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate and, in general, carry out any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders. It may grant loans and other financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries or to third parties, on a paid or free basis, and in particular provide any type of security to guarantee the commitments of these companies, including by way of pledges on its assets or transfers of ownership for security purposes or by means of other guarantees.
