The company's purpose is to operate public establishments in Switzerland and abroad, providing restaurant-bar services, catering and take-out sales. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches, - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, merge with them, - in general, conclude any contract, carry out any operation, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - grant loans to its associates and third parties, - guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, - secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
