Casa Padulli

The association has the purpose: to organize the relationships between the members of the Padulli family, descendants of Don Giulio Padulli, first Count of Vighignolo (1687-1758), and the functioning of the Padulli family; to preserve the Padulli family and maintain its unity and complete integrity; to preserve the high ideals that have governed the Padulli family since the late seventeenth century, based on the Catholic faith and the principles of the widest individual freedom; to transmit to its members the moral, ethical, and religious principles and to ensure their respect; to ensure that the Padulli family respects the Catholic faith and its principles in its decisions and behavior; to supervise the education and upbringing of the members of the Padulli family and their descendants; to sanction any transgression; to manage the social assets; to act as a Protector of any Trust/Foundation/Settlement that has been created or will be created for the holding of family assets. The association, in fulfilling its mission, will be based on the Catholic faith that has served as a reference for the family over the centuries, on the Holy Gospels, on faith in God and in Mary, the mother of God. The association will also take into consideration and inspiration the family motto flectat non frangat, frangat non flectat, which will serve as a guide and point of reference for its activity. The association, in achieving its purpose, may acquire and sell movable and immovable assets, receive legacies and donations, as well as manage its own assets. The association does not pursue any lucrative purpose. The association may join any association that has the purpose of supporting its own activity.
