The company's purpose is to provide any accounting and administrative support services to independent contractors and SMEs. The company may: engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, in compliance with the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create agencies, branches, subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in any enterprise having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its associates, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
