Furthermore, the company's purpose includes further research in the field of cellular agriculture and the development, production, manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of components and products in the field of pet food based on the aforementioned research; development and production as well as the marketing, distribution, and sale of any by-products. The company may engage in all commercial, contractual, and financial transactions that are suitable for promoting the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related thereto. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries both domestically and abroad and may invest in other companies both domestically and abroad. The company may acquire, hold, and dispose of intellectual property rights and licenses of any kind. The company may acquire, manage, and dispose of real estate.
