The company's purpose is the rental and sub-rental of storage spaces (boxes) and the operation of washing stations and any related activities. The company may carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions for its own account or for the account of third parties, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in direct or indirect relation to its main purpose, in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, it may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose. It may also grant loans and guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
