The company aims to acquire, manage and sell participations in domestic and foreign companies of all kinds. In doing so, biblical principles in the sense of Matthew 7:24 ff., faithful stewardship according to Luke 19:12-26 and reconciled family relationships are to be pursued. Furthermore, a value-added legacy in the biblical sense (Proverbs 13:22) is to be created for future generations, so that they may sustainably grow beyond the previous generation. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries abroad, acquire, develop, hold, manage, exploit, license and sell intangible rights, participate in other companies, and acquire, hold, manage and sell real estate and properties.
