The Company's purpose is to acquire, sell, hold and manage participations (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE) in all companies, particularly in the fields of aerospace and disruptive technologies, and to offer these companies access to a workspace, a community and all other resources useful for their development and the conduct of their activities. It may perform any act and exercise any activity that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and may hold participations in other companies. It may acquire, hold, encumber with limited real rights, administer and alienate real estate in Switzerland (for exclusively commercial use only) and abroad. It may grant loans or any other form of financing to affiliated companies or third parties, as well as provide any type of security, for the direct or indirect benefit of affiliated companies or third parties.
