To preserve an emblematic trace of what the Soubeyran-Rod-Soret neighborhood was for nearly 100 years, namely a set of small villas with lush gardens, by maintaining and animating the house located at 9 rue Soubeyran; to provide affordable rental space to support, promote and make accessible non-profit and/or socially and culturally oriented activities, mostly open to an intergenerational public; to organize or co-organize activities related to an ecological and social city; to offer a meeting place for neighborhood residents, in addition to what the Vieusseux-Franchises community center and the Espace Soubeyran offer.
