The company's purpose is to acquire participations in any form in industrial, commercial, financial, real estate or other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and in particular to acquire participations directly or indirectly related to the food and condiment industry in Switzerland and abroad; the administration and management of such participations as well as the financing of subsidiary companies in the sense of a holding company. The company will not engage in any activity in the canton of Fribourg, except for that strictly necessary for its internal administration, and, in general, will carry out all operations and execute all mandates directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
